Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, unwashed, and still within its original sealed sanitary packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the item and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our processing center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
